In the world of waste, biomass and recycling products, transportation volume is key. The ability to transport large amounts on each trip is the key to keeping costs low and profitability high.

With the ability to bale anything from RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) to linen to compost, this now takes delivery of bulk materials to a new level. The bale produced by the Orkel compactor is one that’s easily handled and transported with methods already available in industry.

Users are able to stack them outside for storage with minimal infrastructure investment, transport using standard flat bed trucks and avoid the use of metal ties with the unique film-on-film wrapping system. The 120cm x 115cm bale fits into shipping containers, truck trailers and can be loaded by bulk into boats.
Powered by either a tractor, engine power unit or electric motor, the baler has a place in any environment and with the ability to be mobile, move to multiple sites to increase your return on investment.
